As mentioned in my previous blog "It's Not All Gloom and Doom", the real estate market in Florence Alabama and the Shoals area has seen very gradual and modest growth. Here is a look back over the last 5 years at the real estate market in the Shoals (including Florence). Statistics were taken from the Shoals Area MLS.
