Why I do this.
My mom didn't think she'd ever own a home. She figured that was for other people. When she finally got the keys to her own place, I saw what it did for her. It wasn't just a house. It was proof she could do it.
I followed in her footsteps and bought my own home, so I'd have something to pass down to my kids one day. That's what a first home really is. It's a start on something that lasts.
Now I help people in the Shoals do the same thing, especially first time buyers who aren't sure they're ready. A lot of folks don't believe they can buy a home until somebody believes it for them first. I'm glad to be that somebody.
I don't just sell homes. I help build a future.
Who I help
Most of my clients are first time buyers, a lot of them people who figured owning a home was years away. I also help sellers who want an honest read on their home before they decide anything, and people moving to the Shoals for work who need someone local to be their eyes and ears. I work Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, and the towns around them, from Killen and Rogersville down to Russellville.
How I work
- I explain every step before it happens. No surprises at the closing table.
- I text back the same day. If you ask a question, you get an answer.
- I shoot my own video. I'm a photographer and videographer too, so the homes I show you and the homes I list get real video, not just a few phone pictures.
- No pressure. If the timing isn't right, I'll tell you. You can be the one to set the pace.
Rooted in the Shoals
I grew up here, and I'm raising my kids here. Outside of real estate, I own The Restoration Room barbershop in Sheffield, I coach youth soccer, and I run the Z-Factor Leadership Program to mentor young people. Before real estate I worked as a substitute teacher. All of it comes back to the same thing: helping people see what they can do.
