Free first time homebuyer class in the Shoals
Thinking about buying your first home but not sure where to start? I'm putting together a class that goes step by step: talking to a lender, down payment help programs here in Alabama, inspections, and what really happens at closing. You'll leave with a plan and a checklist you can use the next day.
Before I set a date, I want to hear from you. Your answers help me build this class around what you actually need.
If we get enough people signed up, I'll have food catered.
