Homes of the Shoals (homesoftheshoals.com) is run by Corey Bonds, REALTOR®, a licensed Alabama real estate salesperson brokered by MarMac Real Estate - The Shoals, 417 E Mobile Street, Florence, AL 35630. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. "We" and "us" mean Corey Bonds and MarMac Real Estate.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, like the buyer guide, a home value request, a saved search, listing alerts, the homebuyer class sign up, or a contact form, we collect what you type in. That can include your name, email address, phone number, property address, the areas you are interested in, your timeline, and any notes you send.
When you check the consent box on a form, we also keep a record of that consent: the date and time, the page you were on, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.
If you fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us what you entered there, like your name, email, phone number, and your answers, and we handle it the same way as a form on this site.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site collects some information when you visit, such as the pages you view, the site that sent you here, your general location, device and browser type, and ad campaign details in the web address (for example, if you came from one of our Facebook ads). We use cookies and similar tools to do this. This site also remembers how you first arrived, in your own browser, for 30 days, so we know which ads or posts are working.

Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run this site and our follow up for us: our website host (Vercel), our form email service (Web3Forms), Google (a private Google Sheet that keeps a record of each form you send and the consent you gave), our listing search and contact management system (iHomefinder), and Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) for site measurement and advertising. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- MarMac Real Estate, the brokerage that supervises Corey Bonds.
- People you ask us to connect you with, like a lender or inspector, only with your OK.
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
Cookies, analytics, and ads
This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. They use cookies to measure visits and to show our ads to people who have visited the site. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com and turn off Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt out add on. You can control Facebook ads in your Facebook ad preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works if you do.
Listing information
Home listings on this site come from the Shoals Area Association of REALTORS® through iHomefinder. When you save a search or a home, iHomefinder stores that on our behalf so it can send you alerts.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any email.
- Reply STOP to any text.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing Coreybondssells@gmail.com or calling (256) 284-0363. We may need to keep some records the law or our brokerage requires.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and consent records as long as we are working with you, and after that as long as the law or our brokerage requires.
Security
We use reasonable steps to protect your information, and we limit who can see it. No website or email system can promise perfect security.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
